I don't know what your price range is, or what part of New England you'd prefer, but if I had known about this place before we booked our venue, we would've gone with it.

I would check out the wineries on the Connecticut Wine Trail. Most of them have gorgeous scenery, and there have been a lot of CT Knotties who have had their weddings at one of them. If your wedding is during the fall foliage, it would be even more beautiful.

I'm not sure where in New England you are looking but try checking out the ski resorts in New Hampshire and locations in the White Mountains. Good luck!

the rates vary so much depending on when your getting married, i first found this house while looking for a lake house to rent for summer vaca on www.homeaway.com if you put newry,me in the search it should come up and if you read the listing it has prices.make sure you look at the 10 bedroom listing as you can rent half of the house with 6 bedrooms. message me if you need anymore info if you deside to have your wedding, ill send you all our vendor info for our wedding
