  Have you tried department stores? Usually Boscovs, Bonton, etc have suits. Khaki will be hard to find, but navy blue should be easier. Kids R Us?

  I just bought a suit for my 3 yr old son online.  I had the same problem, no one around here carries them.  I went to ebay and found a real nice one for $20.  Also check out cookieskids.com.  Good luck...I gave up looking around here and just ordered one online.
