Bridal Shower?

I was just asked to be my best friend's MOH, and I've been in weddings before, but was never involved in any kind of planning of anything.. Just curious how early and/or how close to the wedding Bridal Showers are usually thrown?

    First, remember that you only need to plan any of these pre-wedding parties if you want to; you are not required to do so. I didn't have a shower, but all the ones I have been to have been within a month of the wedding.
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14
