Two MOH.. one is out of state for air force

I'm having to MOH and one of them will be out of state because she is in the air force. i have divided up things like who will be standing next to me holding the bouquet and who will be signing the papers. is there anything else i can do so the one who is out of state doesnt feel left out?

    I thought the MOH was supposed to plan the bachelorette party and go dress shopping with the bride... stuff like that...

    Only if they volunteer to do those other things.  Keep in mind that all of those bridesmaid duties lists were published when my grandmother was a bride and I'm a MOB!  Young women have much different lives than they did 60 years ago.  Back then you graduated high school, got married at 18 and moved in with your new husband to be a housewife.  (Although a small number of women did pursue their education).  It is much different today and those stupid lists are outdated and ridiculous.
