    I'd check out the Barrister's Club in Allentown and the Eastonian (?) not 100% sure on the second one.

    If you look in the Reading Area there is GoggleWorks Center for the Arts and Reading Art Works.

    If you are looking for an outdoor venue, Burnside Plantation in Bethlehem lets you bring in whichever vendors you would like.

    Eastonian won't let you they have a caterer.  But the Barrister's club will let you bring your own they just need to approve them if they haven't worked with them before.
