    All of the beaches on Hatteras and Ocracoke Islands are part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.  There are requirements and restrictions for holding a ceremony on the parks beaches.

    You will need written permit  from a National Park Service for a beach wedding. 

    I would suggest to check out the website above. You will find  all the informations You need. You can also ask Your rental company about the permit.

    I am getting married on the beach in Kitty Hawk, do I need a permit for that?
