Has Anyone looked at Selva Marina CC or Marsh Landing CC?

I was wondering if anyone had toured Selva Marina or Marsh Landing and what they thought about them.  Thanks in advance!

    My best friend got married at Selva Marina and it was very nice. It was a typical ballroom overlooking the golf course - it was also very spacious. I also remember her telling me that the prices were very reasonable.

    We visited Selva when we were researching venues for our reception. It is big and reasonably priced, but we felt like it was a little plain looking so we went with another venue. However, that does mean you have a lot of room to make the space your own if you are willing to go all out with decorations.
