  For a less expensive option, Payless also does them.  Warning though, if you're going to dye them a dark or bright color, make sure to wear them a bit first so they don't dye your feet.

  I have not tried either of these sites but I have been looking into having my bridesmaid's shoes done. They are often cheaper then david's bridal but the problem is that you have to know which size you need as they can not be returned.
