  I agree with VP, how many were you needing? I good thing to look into is the Brides line at Michaels. I bet they have a nice Silver one that you can get a Turquoise ribbon to go over.
  
  I found these, I know they may be a little much here, but if you go to the store with a 40% off coupon. They usually come in pack of invites with 30 or 40 in them.

  Have you checked Ann's Bridal Bargains online?  Can't remember if they have that color, but they have really reasonable invitations.  You can order free samples.

  Vistaprint is a great place! I have seen some really pretty invitations on that are turq/silver but I don't think they are under $100.
  
  However, they do have an entire section that is "under 100"

  Keep in mind that your invites don't HAVE to match your colors   If you find something you like - go with it!

  I just looked at vista print today, as well as about five other sites.  Vista Print is the best price I've found so far.
