My FI and I are planning our wedding for November 2011. Does anyone out there know if Overbrook House in Buzzards Bay is available year round and what the rental costs? Or what similar venues go for? Thank you!!

    I had my wedding there in September. It is available year round and the rates fluctuate based on the time of year. Call for a quote--they are very friendly and would be more than happy to speak with you. PM me if you have any questions or would like to see photos.

    I love the Overbrook House! I am not getting married there, but in college my friends and I would rent it out for retreat weekends. It is available all year round, and the owners are amazing!!

    I'm getting married there this May, LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I know off season the rate is the same for weekend and weekly rental. $5300 I believe is what we paid and we booked the entire week. We've also rented the two other houses on the property.
