Update: talked to the girls on the Chicago board, several brides had used them in loved them. Apperently their photographers greatly compensate for their odd customer service arrangment...

    I got feedback from the Chicago board...sounds like they will do a good job and that the photographers over-correct for the odd set up, the day of. I'm no longer worried. :)
