AND the Vegas board. These are the only 2 boards I post on and they are crazy busy with posts and responses (both WR and NWR) which is great! If I would've planned my wedding closer to home, I don't know what I would've done because its a ghostown on my local board. Brides asking for recommendations for all sorts of stuff, and there's no one to respond or by the time someone does, the dang wedding is darn near here. I lurk on there and you can hear crickets. The last post is like 9 days ago and this aint cause the TK monster got em, this is because its just a slow board.

Ikr...my local board is so dead and when they do ask question about stuff its for outskirt cities I have not a clue when they ask about stuff for their local area ! I do this board, DIY, and the july 2012 only because I started off with those girls before my my date got changed ! Eventually I might go over to the MAY2013 board ! I do a lot of lurking tho...when I read some of the posts and how them girls be dogging each other..I be CTHU !!

I agree with OP. My local board is slow as well. When I first joined TK it was really busy, now its died down. Its to the point the moderator even deleted both stickys that were created for us to list our wedding date and to list our venue.

...this is the only one for me. I think I've been in the Vegas one 3-4 times (even though the ladies are all really nice there). But I just feel at home here with my "sistahs"...if ya feel me!
