So, are we doing this today?

I don't have much, but I would like to flame the ever loving hell out of who ever is behind the new lame troll. Not because I don't like trolls, because I actually find them to be quite entertaining, but because it's the worst, most pathetic troll in the history of the world. I just imagine that who ever is behind it is really dumb. Like not playing dumb but really really dumb.

And then I have the obvious one for YI's constantly changing sig pics. I find it hard to read her posts and take her seriously because I just imagine her sifting through pictures on the internet for hours saying "Ooooh. The girls on SB will really love this. No wait! This is it. They will think I'm hilarious if I use this one!". Just be your damn self. I have a feeling you'd be cool if you'd just relax.

    ETA - Good grievance, jcb.  I read the OP and then a few responses but I really couldn't get it up for her issue.  Grow the eff up is right.

    I just have an issue with her all around. It's similar to the Mica thing in that I don't know what it is about her that irks me but it just does.

    I'm with jcb on the whole athiest/agnost depending on your mood. Make up your goddamn mind and stop being a child.

    And yes, the recent trolls have been really half-assed and unimpressive. As lame as a three-legged dog named Tripod.

    I don't really have many grievances this week, which isn't the norm for me. My frustrations are mainly work-related and completely boring (unless you work with me).

    Mmm, I love squid. :)

    But yes, I think it's a touch ridiculous to change your sig every time you think your FI might be peeking over your shoulder. Especially when your dress isn't even the finalized version of itself, and you have a handy little bio right in your sig that would be great for hiding a dress pic.

    I thought the outrage over her saying Jesus McNugget was a little over the top. The OP was being a total asshole, for sure, but I was trying to name MJF's hedgehog Porcupine Jesus last night and no one batted an eye.

    Celles, he said on Monday that it was done and that he was overnighting it yesterday but i havent received a tracking number, or a response to my request for one. His latest ailment prevents him from walking. I'm pretty sure I can make that one permanent if I don't get the damned bear by Friday.

    Other than the obvious trolls thing, the only thing that irked me a little this week was MC saying "Don't bring that stuff in my thread" to me when I responded to the troll. Just because she's a big fan of turning the other cheek doesn't mean I'm not going to call a b*tch a b*tch, and I can post it if I please. I deleted it after the troll's was, because I had quoted her and it wasn't necessary, but MC following it with "Love you bunches!!!" came off a little condescending (which I am admittedly overly sensitive to).

    That's all I have.

    Again - I didn't really read the thread, but the OP boiled down to "I was raised Catholic, I think I'm either athiest or agnostic depending on the day, but I still want a Catholic wedding, and I'm afraid FI's born again Christian mother wants to convert me."

    Personally I don't blame the mother.  She's probably just trying to get the girl to make up her damn mind.

    Yes, but you were doing it in fun and not in a "religion is stupid" way. OP was being an a-hole and in my opinion, deliberately disrespectful in an attempt to make a lame joke.
