Cake Stand/Plateau Rentals in the area

Looking for a place around the louisville that rents cake stands/plateaus.. any ideas?

    I think Ballou's does this.  You might also check with your baker.  A lot of them will rent cake stands out.

    I made ours.  My dad built a wooden box for me, about 5 inches tall, and 18 inches square.  I made a cover out of silk, and used a rhinestone embellished buckle to add accent and interest.  I stapled the sewn together silk to the wooden box, and voila.  Pretty easy and turned out really nicely, although I don't have a great shot of it from the photog at the reception.  If you've got a sewing machine, it's worth a shot.  Cost me about $15, I think.  More info in my planning bio, or PM me for more details.
