Went Dress Hunting

Good Morning, well actually went style hunting,  found out that I can wear the style I was thinking about, sorry don't know what it is called.  But my problem is I found a dress that I loved but can not figure out who makes it.  It has everything I was looking for in a gown.  Can someone please help me again find out who makes it?  I will put it in my photos.

    It has a Maggie Sottero look to it, but that's not the background on most of the current season's designs.  Of course, that doesn't mean much.  Her limited editions (that even have photos) are on solid white backgrounds, so they may have just decided to mix it all up!
