To tip the calligrapher?

I am picking up our envelopes tonight and was wondering if this is customary, expected, or not the norm.  We didn't pay for any expedited service, and I haven't been able to see them yet and will pay for them upon picking them up (leaving me little time to evaluate tip amount, if necessary).  Thoughts?

Obviously my computer just went haywire on me!  Sorry for the triple post!

I don't think it's necessary to tip this person. They are performing a simple (I realize simple is a relative term here since calligraphy is probably not a "simple" task or we could all do it, but you know what I mean) service for you. I don't think they are doing anything above and beyond the service they are being paid to do.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

I agree with PP.  They charge a lot of money for their services. I'm not saying they aren't worth it, but I don't think you need to tip them.
