Bootcamp

My dress has been in for 2 weeks now and I haven't gone to visit. So with approximately 16 weeks until the wedding, I've signed up for a 16 week bootcamp! I'm hoping group interaction will embarrass me into staying on track. LOL.

    I'm in body pump!  Everytime I want to quit half way through, I think about the pictures that will last FO-EVER!

    Go girl! Just get in your mind how good you will look on you wedding day and you will make it through! 

    I personally am doing Zumba and Kickbox aerobics, and gutbusters (a 30 min ab class) and have seen great results! Just stick to the classes and in corporate a diet and your set!!

    Good job!  I have been getting up every day at 6am and doing 30DS with Jillian.  Then on Tues and Thurs I also do Zumba after work.  It is not alwas easy, but it gets easier all the time and I know the results will pay off!  Keep it up!
