Table Centerpieces

Here is the jar we are using on every table for a centerpiece

My mom thinks orange christmas balls would look good inside it. Just curious if there are any other ideas out there. . . .it's not a night wedding it's in the middle of the afternoon. Ideas?

Very cute!! I'm not very creative when it comes to stuff like this, but what about an actual orange, or a sliced one? I guess it kind of depends on the rest of your theme.

Could you do some simple flowers--like a mixture of fall flowers maybe? Usually mason jar centerpieces just have very simple flowers in them.

I'm not feeling the Christmas balls. I liked the sliced orange idea though.

What about Texas Live Oak acorns? Piled high in them, maybe mixed with some orange pompoms from a craft store? Could probaly get real leaves (yellowed for fall) and place them surrounding the base of the jar to make it more of a presence?

If you have a neighbor with a live oak tree, believe me, they will not turn you down if you ask to scoop up all the acorns in their yard. We have two and are forever getting little sprouts where they land.
