PDX area paper stores?

Hi ladies,
I will be making a trip up to Portland to look for supplies for DIY wedding invites and related crafts.  I am mostly looking for a printed vellum sort of like this...
http://www.fineartstore.com/Catalog/tabid/365/CategoryID/12848/List/1/Level/a/ProductID/18315/Default.aspx?SortField=UnitCost%2CUnitCost

Where do you recommend that I look?  I already have looked at Michaels, Paper Zone, and Craft Warehouse here in Salem.

Thanks!

The link isn't working, but for paper I always check PaperZone and A Joy Forever (in Milwaukie on 82nd)

I'll second the PaperZone recommendation. It's got pretty much everything.

Sorry about the link, lets try something a little different shall we?

Kendall - I went by this past week to Scrap Happens but the store was no longer there.

Thanks for the suggestions. Maybe the Portland Paper Zone stores are different than Salem but I don't think the offerings are nearly as numerous as they once were. Keep the ideas rolling in, I won't be up till the end of the month.

I would second paper zone - and the salem one is almost better than the Beaverton one (near WA Square)
Also paper source (on nw 23rd) is pretty awesome

Try Arvey's before PaperZone.  They're generally way cheaper than PaperZone and right across the street from each other in SE.

Check the Paper Source, it's on NW 23rd: www.paper-source.com
I love their selection and colors and found a lot of inspriation there.  I ended up lining my invitation envelopes using one of their paper designs, and since they sell so many of their designs as a sturdy wrapping paper, I was able to buy a bunch of the paper for much less that way.

Thank you ladies for all of the suggestions!  I went hunting this past weekend and was able to find some nice things.

A Joy Forever was definitely the best for variety of color and sizes. All single colored card stocks were offered in both the 12x12 and 81/2x11 sizes and hundreds of different scrapbooking papers. The lady was super friendly and helpful.

Paper Zone had much of the same for offerings as my local locations so no big surprises there.

Paper Source did have lovely offerings but not for their pricing.  $10 a sheet?? Mighty lovely but not a store for the unemployed bride. Great if you need precut standard size paper (like A7 and the like) in unique colors or paper sheets for DIY envelope liners.

Gingery, so glad you found what you were looking for!  I adore PaperSource but it is crazy expensive.  I splurge every year for Christmas and get my wrapping paper there, but otherwise it's a looky no touchy store for me.

I'm glad you found what you are looking for Gingery. I live a block away from the PaperSource.  It is lovely, but I agree expensive. I embelished many things for my wedding with cute paper flowers that I bought there.  I like to go their for inspiration as well.  A Joy Forever Sounds great.  I never was into crafts until I started planning my wedding!
