Hi!
I purchased my dress from a used bridal website. It's never been worn and I love it even more than I thought I would!! It' fits perfectly, but I would like to have the train shortened (not bustled), I acutally want them to cut it off and just make a "duster". The dress also has a beautiful lace top and lace key hole back which I would like to be opened up into an open back. My friend who works in fashion design said this is possible, but I need to find a good tailor who speicalizes in wedding dress and especially in lace. Does anyone in the NYC metro have a good recommendation of someone who specializes in bridal dress alterations, especially with lace?
It's so impoartant this is done right or it will ruin the dress!!
