Hi ladies,
So my best friend from highschool (and bridesmaid) was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma about a year ago. She went through 6 months of seemingly successful chemo - about 3 months ago she was declared "cancer free" or in remission I suppose. I got a hysterical phone call from her last night saying she just got the results from her 3rd PET scan, and that the cancer spread to her chest, throat, and brain. She now has to undergo another year of chemo therapy along with a bone marrow transplant. She's only 24 years old and has been through so much already (severe ski accident in highschool where she shattered her hip and nose) - she doesn't deserve the pain she's going through and is the one of the most wonderful people I know... I'm so scared for her and don't know what to do... So I ask you to please keep her in your thoughts and prayers... It is going to be a long hard road for her... Thanks in advance for your thoughts and prayers...
