*Saturday 4/30 Accountability*

Newbies: We do these posts to hold each other accountable for diet and fitness especially leading up to the big day! ;)

I was too excited to wait for someone else to do this... hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes!! Foot in mouth

1 more day till May!! AAHH!!! :)

In excitement for May I decided to weigh/measure myself today - in just 2 weeks of P90x I've lost 5lbs and 1/2 inch off my waist!!!!! :D yay!

B: scrambled egg whites, cheese, ham
S: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese, v8 fusion
L: turkey sandwich with veggies
S: Greek yogurt
D: is gonna be a mess. My friends bachelorette is tonight and we're going out for dinner/drinks and ice cream sooooo..... I wont be getting back on the scale/measuring for a while haha ;)

    Nope I completely forgot about it... busy shopping for new cable/internet companies....

    Last Night: Oven Roasted Chicken breast with Brown Rice and Broccoli

    Today:
    B: Peach Chobani Yogurt
    MS: Smoothie
    L: Peanut Butter and Apple Sandwhich with some carrots
    AS: Trail Mix
    D:TBD

    W/O: 1.5 miles on the treadmill... Did some circuit weight training for the arms and then I did an ab workout...

    **Oh I am not getting back on the scale to the end of next month**
