Fitness Goals/Accomplishments Thursday

Well I am just taking baby steps. The only problem area for me is the tummy. So I've been doing situps every moorning when I wake up. I would love to get a great work out dvd though...

    Just run! Running is the BEST for abs! And you'll lean out everywhere else too.  Crunches just tighten the muscles, they don't get rid of the chub over it.  Run 3 times a week for 25-30 min, it doesnt even have to be fast, just keep a good pace and you'll totally see a difference in your tummy... and diet is about 70% of it too so make sure you're eating balanced =) sorry, my brother is a personal trainer so I've absorbed some of his rants lol!

    good tip sara even though i seriously hate running. my favorite dvd workout series is turbo jam. its super fun and makes me sleep like a baby lol.
