Has anybody checked out the patrician in eastlake? What did you think?

    STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!  I checked it out 2 years ago... put a deposit down, then asked Lisa if I could switch my date.  She said yeah sure no problem....  she didn't require me to come in and sign a new contract, she just noted it down.....  so she claimed.  Then a month before the 1st wedding date I chose she called me to come in and pay for the reception and plan my menu, for a date I didn't have the hall booked for!  She robooked my room for the date I moved the reception to with someone else, and never refunded me my deposit! BEWARE this place is shady.
