Hello, fellow-brides,
Does anyone have recommendations of caterers that are sensitive to severe allergies? My 5-year-old niece has a FATAL peanut allergy and I would never forgive myself if anything happened to her on my wedding day. She cannot eat peanutts, be near peanuts, or even be around anyone who has eaten or touched anything peanut-related. So, it's not just a matter of giving her a special meal - I have to make sure that NONE of my guests eat anything with peanuts or peanut oil. (I hope the poor girl grows out of this as some kids do!)
