  I'm in Livermore too!! But getting MArried in Brentwood.  Anywhooooo I just booked my Makeup Artist and she is great!  Reasonably priced too.  I'm getting air brushed makeup and false eye lashes, it's going to be $250 - including her travel fee of $50.  She does trials, and so far she was the cheapest to do a trial with.  Most places were asking for $100+ for a trial, her trial fee was only $40.  And she comes to you, no travel fee for the trial.

  My hair I am having a friend do it. I went to Beauty School with her and I know she is just GREAT!! Do you know anyone that went to BS?  If so I highly recommend asking them to give you a trial.  Good luck!

  I can't personally vouch for quality yet, but I am doing a trial with Vy of Exquisite Faces. She does makeup and her mom does hair (but I'm going with my regular hair stylist).

  it's located near main street in Pleasanton. They have the cutest salon - it would be darling to get ready there and have your photographer capture the moment. Great photo.  opportunities
