NWR tattoos

Thinking about getting my first tattoo and wanting to hear about yours!

I'm thinking a simple black ink only design on the outer part of my left foot. Just wondering about the pain and the healing. I've done a little research and am worried about the healing. I will only have 2 1/2 days to wear open shoes then I have to wear tennis shoes for work.

I also have allergies to things and was wondering if any of you with tattoos had any kind of reactions.

Any and all advice/info would be greatly appreciated!!

Also, any tattoo shop suggestions in the area would be wonderful!

    i got my tatoos done at  Dandyland.  Daniel did them and i love them.  The pain actually depends on your own thresh hold.  I didnt think it was bad.  The best thing to do is get to know your tatoo artist. shop around and see others work.  ALWAYS look at their portfolio.  Ask how do they sterilize the equipment.  If you can, go to a tatoo expo.  I didnt have any type of reaction. The only problem i had was it itching when it was healing lol
    but just keep it moisterized and you should be okay.
