Wedding party is wearing blk on blk with pops of pink from flowers. Would it be tacky to ask our guests NOT to wear blk via word of mouth?

    I think it would be rude to do that. 

    Your wedding party will stand out, regardless of what color guests are wearing.

    Ditto.  I can't imagine saying "Do not wear black."  For many, that's THE color that is worn to weddings.

    As PPs said, your WP will stand out just fine.

    Agree with PPs.  And if you really want your BMs to stand out you should consider a color other than black.. ?
