My father and I aren't very close, he and my mom divorced when I was 13. He is an alcoholic, and really is hardly ever there for my brother and I. I'm asking my brother to walk me down the aisle he already said yes. However my dad mentioned during a conversation while he was drunk about how he'd be glad to walk me downt the aisle. How do I tell him he wont be doing it? He was only a choice for a split second but then I remembered that when I told him I was engaged, first words out of his mouth are, "are you pregnant?" proceeded by "same guy?" My FI and I have been together for 8 years and have never broken up. I feel slightly bad for not asking him but then I remember how he really hasn't earned the right.
