Coordinator in Muncie!

Hello ladies! So I was very VERY recently engaged. At first we thought we would have a simple trip down to the courthouse (we have been together for years and have 2 kids together), but after speaking with my dad he REALLY wants me to have a real wedding. So here we are. The main issue is that we live in LA, but the wedding will be in Indiana where the majority of our family reside.

We know that we want to have an outdoor venue and found a beautiful garden in Muncie. Our next step is finding a coordinator because to be totally honest, there is no way I can plan this whole thing by myself from CA. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on coordinators in or close to Muncie?

The only thing I was able to turn up was Emerald Cut Events. I haven't used or heard of them, so I can't vouch for them. HTH though

I know you said you found a ceremony site, but have you checked out Minnetrista? (http://www.minnetrista.net/index.html) I have been to so many weddings there and they are BEAUTIFUL!! I think they might have an event coordinator as well!

I also have been toying with the idea of a wedding coordinator and the only option I have found is http://www.weddingsbykwolfe.com/. I have no clue how good she is, but she also does Delaware County, which is where Muncie is.

Also, have you checked out Cornerstone Center for the Arts? They do receptions and might have a coordinator. http://www.cornerstonearts.org/Index/index.php

Also, check out the Horizon Convention Center. They host receptions and weddings and again might have a coordinator! http://www.horizonconvention.com/

There are also some golf courses, but I don't know if those come with coordinators.

I used to live in Muncie, but my wedding is going to be in the New Castle/Richmond area. If I was getting married in Muncie I would definitely know where to look, whereas in New Castle or Richmond I have no clue!!!
