Carlsbad Beach Wedding?

Is anyone planning a beach wedding in Carlsbad, specifically South Ponto Beach or have you been to a wedding there? My fiance and I are planning a destination wedding and I love the Carlsbad area and would like to have it there but Coronado Beach has been recommended by people we are working with.

Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Also, check out Seagrove Park in Del Mar. It's just south of Carlsbad. It's my first choice for an outdoor beach reception. Good luck!

I love Carlsbad. It is way more of a laid back and beachy area than Coronado - if that makes a difference to you.

Or check out Powerhouse in Del Mar. It's a cute little spot on the beach. If you need any help with vendor selection, flowers or coordinating let me know because that's what I do!
