Wedding Invitations Mandalay Bay

For all you ladies getting married at Mandalay Bay in a chapel, how did you word your invitations?  I've seen it a few different ways but I am unsure.

i've seen it listed on invites as The Wedding Chapel at Mandalay Bay
or i've seen it  Platinum Chapel
                      Mandalay Bay Hotel

Also my ceremony is at 4:15pm---trying to decide if I should put 4pm on the invite b/c I know the chapel may be a little difficult to find and farther than most people account for.

Thanks!

We just said Mandalay Bay Hotel (and put the chapel information on our website).

I'm not sure about the timing thing - you may want to ask the invites board.  I have a feeling they'll say to leave it as 4:15.

We're VoTF, but we phrased it as "Valley of the Falls, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino."

Agreed on the timing thing-- perhaps leave it to 4:15, but somewhere else (on the web site, on the info card in your invite, by word of mouth), indicate that everyone should aim to arrive by 4:00pm as the chapel is a bit tricky to find.

We put the actual time of our ceremony on the invites, then on our website I gave people expected times to get to it from in mandalay, luxor, excalibur, etc. so they wouldnt be late.  Only person who was late was my own dad.... that's another story.

If your worried about people finding it like I was with the VOTF, I asked my wedding coordinator for a map and included it in a Welcome Letter I gave to guests when they arrived in Vegas. You could send it with the invites though if you wanted.

I would say Mandalay Bay Wedding Chapel...that way also when ppl are in the casino, that is what they will see on the signs overhead and can follow that.

When we were at Mandalay Bay on our scouting trip, we asked a MB employee which direction to go to find the Chapel.  He told us the direction then said, "and once you get to where you think the Chapel would be, keep going..."  He was right.  It wasn't necessarily hard to find, but it took a while to hike over to it in that big casino!

That being said, I wouldn't put 4 pm on the invites.  Guests may get there early for a 4 pm start and not be allowed into the Chapel if there is another wedding finishing up.

I also struggled with this but in the end we put "The Wedding Chapel, Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino"..  Our our website we list the silver chapel.  Your guests will be greeted when they walk in the chapel and directed to the appropiate chapel.   We put the exact time on the invitation and on our website we told guests to be there 15 mins early.

Ours says 'The wedding chapel at Mandalay bay' and it specifies the Platinum chapel on our RSVP website

We put the actual time on the inviites but then had an info card with the instructions from our coordinator for where and when to meet.  We had a few people get confused but they all made it.
I also texted everyone in my phone who was going the day before and asked if they needed any help finding the meeting spot.

We put Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino I believe and then the info card mentioned Valley of the Falls.
