St. Lucia Recs?

Hi everyone! My fiance and I have narrowed our August HM search down to 2-3 places, one of which being St. Lucia. Do you have any AI resort recommendations for St. Lucia? We want to it be reasonably upscale without spending $10K for a 10-day vacation. We're hoping to stay more about $6K-$8K. However, I'm open to hearing any and all suggestions.

    We stayed at the Jalousie Plantation in Oct 2010.  We loved, loved, loved it!  The resort is located right inbetween the pitons and is absolutely spectacular!  Service and food are amazing.  We stayed for 10 nights in a luxury villa with private plunge pool, all inclusive, with airfare from NY for around $7500.  It was so worth it in every aspect.
