Dinner locations in Iowa City for 50-60

Anyone have great recommendations for dinner locations in Iowa City? We've got the ceremony figured out, and are looking for a venue for a small reception. Private space, appetizers and buffets, casual seating, budget-friendly...

Considering Devotay. Anyone have +/- recommendations?

I'm not sure if it fits in the budget you're looking for, but I'm a big fan of Blackstone and I know they have a private space. I don't think it would be buffet, but I could be wrong.

For Devotay, you'd pretty much have to reserve the whole restaurant! (But that would be super fun, and their food and sangria are really yummy.)
