Wedding Table Setting Gift

Is it within correct etiquette to give just one table setting?  They are pretty expensive but just one sounds wrong.

    I don't understand your question.  Is this gift for a person in your wedding party?  Or are you talking about favors?  If it's for favors, then yes, give one to every guests.

    Sorry to be unclear.  I am going to someone else's wedding shower and thought a gift of a one table setting of dishes would be nice, but it feels like I ought to give two.  Is one OK?

    Got ya! Of course one is ok!!! It also depends on how much it costs...and how much you can afford.  I'm sure the bride will be excited to get her dishes!
