on a budget

Hello,
I am wondering if someone can help me, I am on a tight budget.we are paying for our wedding and am looking for a florist that is not too expensive as well as a photographer. I am having a small lunch wedding in order to save money, but I would still love to have great pictures and nice flowers. I also need any info anyone may have on an officiant or justice of the peace that can perform the ceremony. If any one can provide any info that would be great!!

    Check out Susan from Love the Blooms....very nice and affordable. She does not charge an arm and a leg for delivery and set up either. As far as photography, check out these budget friendly photographers:

    Out photographers are Elevation 9 Photography. I am on a tight, tight budget as well.
