Beach theme Signature Drink at Cocktail hour

I am on the hunt for a signature drink for our beach evening wedding. Want one that would have a fewest ingredients. I am thinking of Peach Bellini or Arnold Palmer (with Sweet tea vodka.) Any Ideas that are not overdone?

    I'm doing a beach wedding as well.  For our cocktail hour I want to do Sweet Tea Vodka Arnold Palmer (sometimes known as a John Daly).  I think that one would be easy and tasty!
