Grilled Cheese vs. Burgers

Hi,

I am Olivia-Marie and a newly engaged as I know many of you are and it is so exciting! Anyway I just wanted some thoughts. I am getting married in Melbourne, Australia next september (it's a spring/summer wedding) and I wanted some thoughts. My fiance, Charlie, is an organic farmer as well as a composer and we were thinking having burgers and veggie burgers or grilled cheeses. But not just any burgers or cheeses, but gormet. Or what we consider to be gormet. I just wanted some thoughts on this. Our wedding is 70s inspired as well as indi rock inspired and laid back. There is no real colour theme and no floral arrangements. It is outside. It is taking place at a nursery and the reception is at a friends farm. We are having a rock band and it's shoes optional. This is just a few details to give you an idea of what the wedding is going to be like.

I say have BOTH! They both aren't very exspensive. But if I had to choose, I'd go for the grilled cheese. You can't go wrong with grilled cheese.

I think that sounds great. You could have a couple of different bread choices (and get creative with those, too). It seems like it wouldn't be too hard to have both burgers and grilled cheese available.

Both if you can, grilled cheese if you have to pick-- you could have various fillings and be omnivore-friendly and vegetarian-friendly.

I would do both like everyone else says. If you go with burgers only you should offer veggie patties or portobello mushrooms for the veg people in addition to the beef.
