Hair/Makeup Recommendations?

I am getting married in Richmond on August 18th. My ceremony is at 11:00 am. I need someone to come to my hotel and do my hair and makeup. I do not live in Richmond so I do not have a regular stylist I can use. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    1213 hair studio was amazing!! they came to the hotel and did hair and make up very affordably  I think it was around $100 for both per girl, which was extremely affordable for what we found in the richmond area.  each updo was very unique and creative! they were so friendly and professional i would hire them again in a second!!!
