  You could also add lotion, tide pens, bandaids, tampons/pads, and floss.

  Make sure you get spray deod.  I would also add safety pins.  Last wedding I was at, I needed one for my dress.

  In addition to the above, I put in a lint roller, body spray, emory boards, contact solution, visine, wisps, clear nail polish (stops runs in the stockings-for those who still wear stockings), and bobbypins. A note for the deodorant, I got the spray kind because I didn't think people would want to use one that was in other people's armpits.

  I am so out of the loop here.  Do you mean like a bathroom basket for just your wedding party or the actual reception site?  I was going to have an "emergency kit" with tons of stuff in it for the bridal party but hadn't even thought about doing anything for the reception site.  Glad I saw this post!!!

  You girls are GOOD!!!  I don't know why I couldn't think of any of these things.  My mind went completely blank.  Thanks for all of the ideas.  I definitely will get the spray deodorant.  I would be so grossed out if it was roll-on. haha.

  I think hair ties would be useful too, so ladies can pull their hair back as needed.

  Oh and I also put in Tums (antacids). I did make a basket for the men as well. It has almost all the same stuff minus the tampons/pads, bobby pins, body spray.
