Alterations in Navarre/Destin/Pensacola?

My bridesmaid lives down in Navarre, and got her dress from David's Bridal in Pensacola.  We dont' want to use thier alterations, but the dress needs hemming.  She has been asking around, but hasnt found anyone who can do this. 
I am in Georgia, so I am no help. 
can I please get some recommendations?  thanks!!!

    I know a good one in Mobile?? I couldn't find anyone closer that ppl recommended. 

    The Vintage Bride, they also do restyling of older dresses.

    I had a sillky long gown hemmed by a seamstress in FWB on the Mary Esther Cutoff. Sorry I can't remember her name, she is an asian lady in a strip mall.  Tell your friend that once she turns left off Hwy 98 it will be a little bit down on the left hand side.  When I went to pick it up, at first I thought it wasnt' done because it was perfect.  Tell her if she can't find it, I got the referral from a seamstress name Mae, from Mae's alterations outside of Hurlburt.  Mae works on military uniforms.
