Beach Rental Homes- South Jersey

Does anyone know of any beach rental homes that allow weddings /events(100 ppl) on the premises?

    I have used vrbo.com in the past.  It is house rentals by owner.  You can browse through the different homes and see if anything would be large enough to accomodate your wedding.  But I'm sure you would need special permission from the home owner or even town you rent in.  That is a lot of people and last thing you would want is the police to break up your wedding due to the amount of people there.
