I need a little direction!
My idea for my wedding is to rent a beach house on the beach in the Ventura County area in California, hold the ceremony on the sand and the reception at the house (which is also right on the sand).
The struggle I'm running into is finding a beach house rental that will allow special events (such as a wedding!). Most vacation rental websites that I've explored do not specify a capacity of people or whether something like a party is allowed.
I'm thinking contacting a property management company might be the way to go, but I don't know which to go with.
Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.
The issue of parking is a whole other can of worms, but i'd like to see whether it's even possible to rent a beach house for this purpose first before tackling the parking availability in coastal California.
