Hey ladies,
I'm about ready to pull my hair out so I thought I'd ask for some help.
I'm currently looking for a restaurant to book my rehearsal dinner. Our guests are mainly out-of-town and staying at the Radisson downtown and the Courtyard Central near 35th and Koenig (a huge distance apart, but the other hotels had stupid booking policies). I was hoping to find a restaurant nearby.
The biggest challenge for me is that my mother and I are gluten-free. I was hoping to book PF Chang's downtown, but they have restrictions on booking large parties on Friday's and Saturday's. I also recently discovered that I can no longer eat dairy or corn so Mexican is out (which saddens me greatly). My mother refuses to consider BBQ and my fiance doesn't want to eat at a steakhouse.
Any suggestions? I've been combing through yelp and I'm completely overwhelmed. At this point I'm tempted to book PF Chang's North and tell my mother that it won't kill our guests to drive a little. This would not be nice thing to do, but I'm not currently feeling nice.
