    I used them and they were amazing!!! We had the Ancho Chile Chicken Skewers & Papaya Tequila Glaze and the Artichoke & Spinach with Fontina Tartlet. Everybody loved them! The mexican food is amazing! We were completely satisfied with them! Which venue are you using?
