  • New to the GIS boards, been lurking for a little bit. Not great at planning out my days but I had a steel cut oats with a little bit of agave nectar and some cranberries for breakfast. First time make steel cut oats and they were pretty decent. :)
  • so glad it's the weekend!  i'm determined to make this one a good weekend, too.

    b - waffles, pb, honey
    l - turkey sandwich, grapes
    d - salmon, asparagus
    s - tbd

    e - 4 fast miles walking DVD, cleaning the whole apt (that ought to burn a few calories)
  • l - lean cuisine meal
    s - small sugar cookie, sunflower seed brittle
    d - going out to a friend's place for dinner, but i'm going to try and make healthy choices. She's making salad, chicken and pasta, so hopefully it shouldn't be too bad
    s - ff yogurt

    e- 30 ds if i have time, i have a paper due on tuesday so that might not happen. 

  • B- wheat toast with 1 slice low fat cheese
    S-oatmeal rasin cookie (oops)
    L- lettuce wraps and hot and sour soup from pei wei
    D- homemade pizza with veggies
    S- watermelon popcicle

    E- Rest day

    So today is not looking so great as far as healthy eating...but hopefully it's not too terrible, either.
  • b - 2 scrambled eggs w/ lite cheddar
    l - orange, ff greek yogurt
    s - no fat/no sugar frozen yogurt w/ strawberries & mango
    s - baby carrots w/ lite ranch
    d - ahi tuna, brussels sprouts, quinoa w/ "soyaki" sauce
    s - plum, graham cracker

    e - last chance workout dvd

    Lost 1.4 pounds this week! Finally!! :-D
