FI LOVED your mac n cheese! He is begging me to get the recipe from you hehehe.

He said it was the best...and his FAV is mac n cheese so it hit the right spot!

Oh, and I doubled the amount of cheese. I made one batch exactly how the recipe states but there wasn't enough cheese. The one you ate was double the cheese.

I read a blog called annie's eats. She's totally worth looking into. She once taste tested a bunch of macaroni recipes, and I think that alton's was the winner!
