  We're using Pastor Chris Rodkey. He does weddings for all faiths and non-demoninational (we're doing a celtic kinda style but kinda overall trying for neutrality). He's been super great with the process so far with the planning and helping us sort out the ceremony to make sure it is what we want.  He;s very easy to talk to, very thorogh with his responses, and is willing to work with you on ever part  of the ceremony.  He's really good about responding to his e-mails promptly.  I think he's out of town for the next week or so, not sure but his e-mail is cdrodkey@yahoo.com and you can view his church info at http://www.ziongosherts.org/Lead.html (like I said he is in fact an all faith officiant)
