Locations that require photo permits in Philadelphia

Hi Everyone,
We are getting married in center city and are looking for locations where we can get photos taken between the ceremony and reception. For those that may know, can you share what spots in Philadelphia require a permit in order to take wedding photographs? Do you know where you go to get a permit?

The only places I know for sure require a permit are City Hall and WaterWorks. You can take pictures near both of these, but actually going into City Hall or on the grounds of WaterWorks require the permit. As for where to get permits, I have no idea!
