needs opinions a reception menu!

im going to post what im thinking for our reception menu. keep in mind it will all be made by myself (and family) and let me know if you think its too much/too little, to hard, doesnt sound good. whatever :) (also this is all very prelimanry so please give your honest opions)

desserts:
wedding cake (very small cake, made by a baker, more for looks)
2 kinds of cup cakes- im thinking an oreo cupcake ive made before and carrot cake
cookies- shortbread with cream cheese frosting, white cchoc. mac. nut, snikerdoodle, mint cho. chip with dark chocolate
brownies or brownie pops
peanut butter fudge (richards fave)
mini cheesescakes
chocolate fondue-white, milk and dark with things to dip- fruit, pretzels, pound cake
pie pops (mini pies on a stick)

food (mostly a dessert reception but we think we need real food too, opinons?)
chips and salsa from azteca, and nacho cheese dip
deviled eggs
shrimp cocktails
meatballs/cocktail weinnies in a sauce
thai noodle salad

then a fruit and veggie plater and probably rolls

drinks- lemonade, iced tea, water, coffee, beer, wine, champang, signiture cocktail

That sounds great for a later evening-type of wedding reception Smile
For the food, just make sure everything is cooked and stored at the right temperature, so no one gets food poisoning.
